Family, pets escape house fire in Point Pleasant

Point Pleasant — A loved ones and their animals escaped a property fire Sunday that erupted about 3 p.m. on Pleasant Position, according to borough law enforcement.

Arriving police evacuated neighboring houses as a precaution and closed a portion of Herbertsville Street even though crisis responders fought the hearth, in accordance to Law enforcement Captain Adam Picca.
