Jared Padalecki has reassured fans he is “on the mend” after a close to-tragic car incident.

The ‘Supernatural’ star is “lucky to be alive” subsequent a “very terrible” car smash, which led to him possessing to pull out of a prepared visual appeal at a fan convention for the clearly show on Sunday (04.24.22), but he has now taken to Instagram to expose he is hoping to return to filming “afterwards this 7 days”.

Jared wrote: “Hey y’all! I want to thank absolutely everyone for the outpouring of love. I’m undoubtedly on the mend and hoping to return to filming afterwards this week. I’m so blessed to have experienced the most effective care and be surrounded by people who love me. So grateful for absolutely everyone #SPNFamily #WalkerFamily #akf (sic)”

Earlier this week, Jared’s co-star Jensen Ackles informed the group at a ‘Supernatural’ formal conference in New Jersey: “[Jared] sends his appreciate. I spoke with him yesterday. He’s unhappy he just can’t be listed here.

“He was in a pretty bad motor vehicle accident. He was not driving. He was in the passenger seat, and he’s fortunate to be alive …

“That airbag packs a punch. He’s like, ‘I come to feel like I went 12 rounds with Tyson.’ But he is executing Alright, and he’s relocating all-around. But yeah, (it was a) definitely, truly lousy car accident.

“Just hold him in your feelings, send out him some enjoy if you get a probability on social and he’ll be back again with us soon.”

Jared hasn’t shared any even further information about the incident.

He previously informed supporters he would not be able to show up at the convention, but did not point out the motor vehicle crash.

In a put up on Twitter, he wrote: “Hey #SpnFamily! Sorry to overlook y’all in NYC this weekend.

“Thank you and the #WalkerFamily for all the enjoy and support. Simply cannot wait around to see y’all again.”

Jared is broadly identified for participating in Sam Winchester in 15 seasons of ‘Supernatural’, when Jensen performed his on-display brother Dean.
