The Rotary Club of Lake Conroe’s President Elect Robert Morrison, constantly an classy and knowledgeable speaker, not too long ago informed the club about his Pets knowledge, which was stuffed with experience. Here’s the scoop from the club’s summary of his converse.
“Robert effectively navigated I-45 all through the shutdown brought about by the ice storms of early March, arriving in Metroplex Dallas for the yearly President Elect Teaching Seminar (Animals) about 4 hrs right after leaving Montgomery County. No cars traveling toward him gave a clue as to how critically the highways ended up shut down.
A few compact times of rigorous but instructional seminars answered a lot of inquiries he experienced about his new position as our club’s president (July 1), but he admitted commonly that it also opened his eyes as to the need to have to teach all Rotarians and non-Rotarians about the goal of Rotary and how we really do serve our communities “above self.” Robert is arranging his ambitions and aims for the coming calendar year, and he will be acquiring our volunteer spirits channeled to observe Rotary International President Jennifer Jones’ theme for 2022-23, ‘Imagine Rotary’.”
All of our president-elects have identical stories about their March weekend at Pets and we know their activities will inspire and infuse their leadership yr. We desire them all a year of good creativeness and inspiration.
